      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and reasonable work life balance. The Freeport plants is not too high strung. Small group, you always work closely together, culture is good.

      Cons

      Not enough slots in plant roles for progression yet. Small process plants (relatively speaking) means you're stuck in a role for a long time unless you move to another plant.
