      No Pros only cons ....

      1. Unwanted pressure giving to employees. 2. Management thinks only one team is working others are only hanging around. 3. Salary cut. 4. Tell you to give performance bonus but no bonus provide to you as they thinks you are not working at all. 5. Threatening you. 6. Anytime fire you from your position. 7. If you take leave, then all day phone comes from anybody. 8. In time to office is fixed but out time is not fixed 9. Every work need to ask first then do it further. 10. Biased 11. No appreciation. 12. Management thinks they can pay money and hire the slaves... If you have no job then also not come

      Pros

      Absolutely nothing about this company is good. Absurd company.

      Cons

      Viral Sonawala is the cofounder of SLK and cannot be trusted. He would take projects from clients and distribute to others while telling the client work is being done by him. He would sign contracts such as Non disclosure agreements and pass on the work to others. Do NOT trust this company!

      Pros

      - If you are fresher then good opportunity for learning - Working on Spring, MongoDB (Really Good technology for future looking in the market).

      Cons

      - Work like pressure cooker - No workload but work pressure (I hope you understand difference between this two) - If you have salary decide 28,000 then in your hand they give 19,000. (Advice for new joiners make clear what is salary cutoff in writing). - Advice for Experience: Believe me this company is not for experience dev. - There was 12 member(All have more than 2 years of experience in the same team) resign in six months of the period from 20 member's team.
