Pros

Great company culture and Work-life balance. Upper management/owners is very involved and makes efforts to know the employees which I personally enjoy. I feel that I can take risks without the thought of getting scolded or fired if the plan doesn't work out. I also can go up to colleagues and ask for help without issues. Finally, the job security is strong, and I have seen first-hand their willingness to keep good people on their payroll.

Cons

Salary can be in the mid-range compared to other similar roles. There is the possibility of travel if your position is required to be onsite. These durations can last from a week to a month depending on the job.
