Pros
If you value your workmanship and your family this company is not for you. This place is a true sweat shop and only care about how fast they can get their product out without thinking about the problems that arises. Managers are horrible and have no sense on how to manage their employees for a more efficient and happier work place. When something goes wrong they are so quick to save their own and will throw you under the bus without hesitation. Shady people tend to thrive among other shady people. Be aware.
Cons
Managers with no people skills. Sweat shop work environment and adittude. No understanding for one another. Revolving door work place, skilled workers do not last long here.
