      Pros

      I loved being able to paint apartments for this property management. i got to work with myself most of the time. i had every weekend off.

      Cons

      Sometimes the plans for the day were not made out. i would get to work and wait for hours on keys and instructions.

      SMD (Small Mine Development, LLC) is a great company to work for. We try hard to provide a great place for our employees to work.

      With commute time, the shifts can be long.
