Cons
I believe that any “Cons” are due to expectations not being met by either employer or employee. As with all things in life - disappointment and anger happens when things don't pan out as expected or intended. The company does not create any business, benefit or profit from angry or disgruntled staff, on the contrary its detrimental to its business objectives. The key thing before working for any company is to ask the right questions and align expectations, and have the right communication in place between the management and staff. It’s all about managing expectations.
