      Working at SMS Masterminds feels like a start-up, though its much bigger. Every single person has an affect on the company, and we're seen as such. There is no micromanaging, and everyone is given the freedom to make decisions that affect the entire company as long as it complies with our core principles. The people here are friendly, approachable, and willing to help. We all have the same goal; to make SMS Masterminds the best Mobile Loyalty company in the industry.

      Cons

      If you don't have knowledge of the Mobile Loyalty industry, it will take you quite a while to understand the nuances and strategies that work best. There is a definite learning curve.

      Pros

      I have been working at SMS Masterminds for about 2 months now and I can confidently say that it is my favorite job I've had in quite a while. Everyone that works there (the managers and the coworkers) are great, fun people to be around who are all great at their jobs, which makes the work environment extremely relaxed and easy to work and succeed in. The pay is really good, especially once you become accustomed to your personal method you use and you start getting commission. They train you really well and allow you to take your time figuring out your style of work that works out best for you.

      I can confidently say that there are no real cons I have with this job; I have had a great time working here for the past couple months and I've learned a lot about what I may want to do for a future career,
