Pros
- interesting projects to work on, for the most part
- upper management and HR are pretty competent and humane
- WFH with reasonable amount of flexibility
- growth and learning is incentivsed
- decent benefits
- reasonable deadlines and good WLB during most of the year
Cons
- pay raises could be bigger still
- even though HR has pursued improvements on it, health insurance options are skewed towards Southeast Brasil or the metro areas of larger cities
- could be a bit more structured and organised, but it's better the way it is than if it became similar to an extremely rigid multinational :)
