Pros
The staff works hard but with no oversite backup there’s a lot of ignoring full job responsibilities. Things fall through the cracks and there’s a lot of favoritism which creates hostile work environments. Patients are happy because the MD’s that work there provide excellent care.
Cons
Long time staff take advantage come in late or not at all. Unprofessional behavior displayed a lot and many staff don’t care and have goals not related to HC so there is a lack of follow through or follow up.
