- nice surroundings (modern building and equipment) - nice people on junior level - private health care
Cons
- open-end contract is very difficult to get - salary is very low for people with university-level education - if you're on a junior position, you get treated like a monkey from the middle management - the work is very repetitive and there is very little space for your own ideas - they try to get as much from you for as little as possible - if you're a young woman, they make sure not to give you opportunities to start a family
