I’ve been with SPACE44 for a month, and the first thing I noticed is how open, transparent, and respectful everyone is, from the CEO to the design team. I really appreciate that people respect each other’s time and don’t just talk about “work/life balance,” but actually practice it. The processes here are very structured, and the onboarding was impressively smooth (which is no surprise, given their expertise!). I’m also given plenty of creative freedom, and my experience and expertise as a professional are genuinely valued.

I’ve only been here a month, so it’s hard to point out any real cons yet. So far so good. Maybe I’ll see more down the road.
