Great colleagues, fulfilling work, good career opportunities if you know how to hustle (that's not saying much tho)

Poor career opportunities if you're unwilling to play the game, long hours, poor salary and benefits, poor salary increments, poor management decisions. Upper management is slow on the uptake to trends, dont know their products as well and don't know what to do with digital. Adverse to risk and only willing to push for short-term profit results. Unwilling to take creative risks even though there isn't much to lose already anyway.

Favourite manager of all time. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to share his knowledge.

The only cons was the sudden retrenchment.
