Pros
Still a good company to work for since it has been in business for the last 40 years and operating all over the world especially in the oil and gas sector.
Cons
Still fail to recognize local talent and at some point discrimination is still exist. Lack of transparency. Local Management at some point are not properly monitored risking losing a lot of experience people.
