      This company gives you the opportunity to move around and learn many different trades . The pay is good and hours are pretty responsible for the oilfield .

      Family based , no room for growth . It’s not what you know it’s who you know at this company

      Pros

      The Hr department was a shared services format which allows every part of HR to work together well. There was also a great sense of comradery. I enjoyed working with everyone during my time there as a contractor.

      It is a cyclical industry
