      micromanaging boss, tight and unrealistic deadlines for projects. High turnover rate and low company morale

      Remote contract work. Flexible scheduling. Easy work.

      Cons

      Poor management. Project Manager has poor communication skills. Laid off at last minute with no warning and then asked to come back with no real coordination or plan. Treated as disposable instead of valued.
