Pros
It’s a job, you get paid
Cons
Where do I start? Management and higher ups are the main issue here. I’ve had management I don’t like but this place takes it to a whole new level. They make it so obvious they do not care about their workers or their concerns. Word gets around fast about how unprofessional they act but it’s also very easy to see it as well. Management will micromanage and make you feel so low. Even people who just come to work and don’t play into the drama see how awful this work environment is. They force you to take your lunch right in the dot with TONS of other people with the smallest break room and wait in line to use the microwave. Basically half your lunch is over by the time you have your food. But surprise surprise management doesn’t have to worry about that problem. They make their own rules here. Anyone who tries to have a professional conversation with them you will be dismissed and then become a target. They choose favorites and then have meetings with the whole team trying so hard to claim they don’t. Don’t work here. HR is a joke and they run to management if you have a concern and dismiss you as well. It’s not worth it. You will dread coming to work and your happiness will be destroyed. They don’t care about you one bit. So glad I no longer work for this awful place. I still hear horror stories from people who work here and it amazes me that it’s only getting worse. Nothing will ever change because one workers are scared to lose their job if they speak up and two, higher ups won’t do anything about it anyways.
