Pros
-you don't have to use your own gas
-you get *some* money
-Team leads were cool
Cons
-Pay isn't great, was only making $450-$500 a week even during peak season
-Management would not provide me with the necessary tools to ensure proper maintenance, when I asked management for what I needed I was told to skip over the steps (pump baskets, chlorinators) until they got me what I needed which never happened.
-Very unprofessional management, told the person they gave me to train that they were looking for any excuse to fire me.
-With that being mentioned, they gave me somebody to train when I had less than a year of experience who showed up late every day and needed to leave early 2 days a week which would set me back majorly, they also decided to fire me for my performance in favor of this person.
