Pros

Compensation is great, co-workers are friendly and helpful, work is not very difficult, shift premium, breaks every 2 hours worked, excellent training, over-time.

Cons

Most employees need to work on an off shift for 10 years or so before it will be possible to get on first shift.

Can be a bit chaotic because of the growth, but it is managed well.
