      *Very low salaries. *Bad working environment. *There are no opportunities for development. *Managerial positions are reserved exclusively because they work for many years even though they do not deserve to be there. No knowledge of personnel management and arrogant behavior. They do not deserve anyone's trust ...

      Nice office space, pays on time

      Cons

      Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)
