      Pros

      A good place to start, friendly environment, relaxed climate, good communication and understanding, private insurance.

      Cons

      Low salaries, project management doesn't exist in every aspect, no growth potential on salary or serious skills, working remote depends on the role and it is not fully accepted, huge gap between administration and production, complete lack of vision, blurry business plan

      Nice office space, pays on time

      Cons

      Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)
