      this is a good company, great climate in the office, good office space, nice colleagues, salary always on time, interesting projects, lot to learn

      Nice office space, pays on time

      Cons

      Family run so senior employees are not part of decision making Does not invest in people or tools ( no raises, low salaries, no budget for training on tools, for example no pm tools for project managers just excel) Minimal chances to learn or evolve Old school owner with old views and ideas (offensive language used and misogynist views)
