Pros
The benefits are great, location is near perimeter without dealing with traffic on other areas like sandy springs. Good environment and coworkers help each other.
Cons
There is not a lot of room to grow, you can be in the same position for years and years, only a handful of positions can really be promoted. Several managers tend to micromanage.
