Cons
Management is completely disorganized, starting with the CEO and trickling down through the ranks. Whatever reason this company was started for, it is clear that it now solely exists to fund the CEO's extravagant travel ventures. Management purposes keeps incompetent and unintelligent people at the top because it's easier to convince these kind of people that they are being treaTed fairly. the company is not all receptive to new ideas or improving current policies, or correcting errors. Employees are treated like kindergarteners with the enforcement of ridiculous and pointless rules and regulations. It is very clear where SQM's loyalties lie.
