Pros
I’ve had a positive experience at SRC to date, colleagues are friendly and I have a supportive team around me. I receive mentoring from the directors and am challenged for my own professional growth, this has helped me move up the career ladder in a short space of time.
Cons
Due to the criticality of the industry we work in, at times I need to work under pressure. Naturally, this is common in other workplaces and is not usually a regular occurrence.
