      A few good people work there

      Cons

      Where can I start? Terrible leadership at Director level, total lack of integrity, heads in the sand at all times trying to avoid telling their staff what is going on, lack of accountability when things are going wrong at the top. There are far too many things wrong here all I can say is avoid this company at all costs as it won’t be around this time next year.

      Small Law Firm is less expensive. Centrally located.

      Cons

      Low Security....open doors unlocked file cabinets, unlocked offices, client documents left unattended. No electronic security. Client accounts were ignored for weeks. Attorney instructed me not to call debtors. Never received written explanation of Pay plan. Never received written explanation of Job Duties. Workers spend time on rumors and gossip. No organized Training program.
