Pros
SSDM is an exciting work environment that is large enough to be able to have expertise in many areas while also being small enough to remain agile. Having worked at large agencies, SSDM does not suffer from the absolute soloing that tend to be the case in large agencies. Access to leadership is also a big plus and something you would never have at larger agencies.
Cons
With the moderate size, sometimes staffing can be an issue. SSDM is not large enough to staff up prior to large projects coming on board so, as with most service companies, we often play a bit of catch-up on activation of personnel resources.
