      Good salary, partial WFH, bonus potential, stock options

      Cons

      Bad management especially in the finance/accounting area. Expected to work up to 70 hour work weeks as an exempt employee, management does not listen and doesn't care about the people who work for them

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      Cons

      The smaller size did limit career progression.

      Pros

      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.
