      Pros

      Friendly environment\atmosphere The top management door is open to all the employees, as they try to do their best to make all the employees satisfied.

      Cons

      Delayed salaries recently. As a result, a lot of resignations. Business unit staff are not well distributed, were you can find some business units contains only 2 employees, where it should have like 5-6 to cover the work load.
