Good salary for graduates, work life balance is good (9-5.30 and discouraged staying later), decent training and a foothold into the Dynamics industry. Plenty of self-development opportunity. Good office location.

Small company getting smaller due to a combination of lack of work - driven by having no sales team - and management not treating staff with respect and hence they're leaving at their own volition. Additionally, an alarming number of staff 'fail probation' after 6 months - sometimes longer - and are then escorted off the premises quietly as if they've been fired. Two out of three directors are husband and wife and just seem to run things how they want. Silly rules in place such as having to phone or inform HR by text message if you're running more than 5 minutes late in the morning. If you're talking too loudly or for too long about non-work topics (small talk whilst actually working) management has been known to actually tell you to keep quiet or stay focused.
