Really depends on your RO (Reporting Officer), if they care you would get good mentoring and a lot of effort put into management and setting you up for success.
Cons
The bad side is there are quite a few incapable management members as well, you would feel like they are quite the liability and wonder why they get paid so much when you are left with the salary you're looking at.
