Pros
people are nice, stable income, almost impossible to get fired even if you are bad at your job. If you are young and have a degree (doesn’t matter what degree), a path will be laid out for you to rise up but it’ll take many years.
Cons
company benefits are bad, hours are not flexible, no wfh, workaholic company culture, understaffed.
