This company is a toxic breeding ground for dysfunction, especially in the aerospace procurement space where precision, collaboration, and professionalism should be non-negotiable. Leadership rules with an iron fist, operating more like a dictatorship than a functioning business. There’s blatant favoritism toward long-term or “legacy” employees, regardless of performance or competence. If you’re new or come from another organization with fresh ideas or broader industry experience, you’re automatically treated as an outsider. Contributions are dismissed, growth is blocked, and you’re constantly undermined by a leadership team that protects its loyal inner circle at all costs even when it harms operations and supplier trust. To top it off, sensitive management information, like who’s been fired, who’s under “watch,” or who’s about to resign, is tossed around in meetings and casual conversations like it’s some kind of joke.
