      Higher Managment, does not look into what's going on and why employees keep leaving no sense of professionalism or respect to internal and external stakeholders, abusive culture, work environment is filled with hatred and anger.

      Pros

      Lots of good people worked here.

      Cons

      Didnt take good care of the employees. Had problems with upper management not taking care of the employees after being harassed by lead drivers.
