• The time keeping system and enforcement's built around it are counter productive. Employees wait near the clock to try to get the right punch times so they are not punished, systems like this just cause anxiety, resentment, and loss of productivity. • Benefits kick in after 3 months • Can't use PTO until after 3 months • Lot's of employees are churned through, the company policy's are not changing fast enough to match the rate of growth. Employees end up unhappy and leave. •Some locations are closed and replaced. These leave the workers there with no job unless they can relocate sometimes significantly far.
