Under paid, spread too thin employees. Facility is not big enough, so many people there same time with two rest rooms, very small break room. Surprised OSHA hasn't made an inspection. Incompetent managers. Too many work errors not reported to clients. People in roles that have no knowledge of how to execute them properly, causing errors to be made due to improper training and support and employee and client inquires to be ignored.
