Pros
Wonderful, supportive BCBAs, flexible work environment, great hands-on opportunity to learn the A-Zs of ABA, excellent scope for career advancement.
Cons
Cliques exist; some staff are treated with special consideration, senior staff and admin always broadcast about the wonderful job that they are doing while some of us, equally hard-working and determined staff are ignored. I've been able to teach my clients so many skills with little to no supervision or input from my supervisors but it's mostly been overlooked.
