      It is very fun, exciting, innovative and challenging. STEPVR created a lot of never-before-seen technology that ushers us into next era internet. A lot of the job is therefore very new and exciting.

      Cons

      A lot of work, typical of a Chinese work culture, the work is around the clock and sometimes including weekends. There is a lot of pressure to learn Chinese as well as most of the team was hired out of China.
