      Pros

      Working in Sports/Entertainment is great.

      Cons

      Long hours (sometimes 60+ Hour Weeks), low pay, very little PTO, no 401k. And on top of all this, no transparency. Very much like high school where it's very clique-y. Definitely a lot of favorites in the office.

      As a contractor, you work on a needs basis, so hours can vary and aren’t always consistent.
