      Free storage. Free food at meetings. Opportunities to move within company.

      Cons

      They set structures that you'll never hit and then guilt you into thinking that you're basically at poverty level because of yourself. Some store managers forget customer signatures and con customers into signing things and paying more so their bonuses go up. Fake back dated writeups to avoid paying unemployment.

      Pros

      Lots of Room to Grow. With the company growing, there are plenty of chances to move up and grow your career. Learning is Encouraged. Management is great about supporting us if we want to take classes or continue education. Weekly Team Trainings. We have training sessions every week that bring all the locations together, which is super helpful. Friendly: The office is a friendly and welcoming place to work.

      The pace can be fast, which can be challenging at times.
