Pros
There are snacks/coffee. There are sprinkles of good people who are trapped working here. Constantly being told that it's impossible to get fired from here. This is a job that is easy - but it's a very niche market job.
Cons
This is corporate jail. You are expected to come in and sit at your desk for 8hours. I knew since the first week of working here that this is not going to be my forever job. I saw so many red flags in the first week. None of the managers are capable of leading. They are only promoted because "they know the system better than anyone here." I've never seen such disrespect amongst employees across an entire organization. It's like this company is run by 6yr olds. The "F" word is in most every sentence - so much swearing from the top down. It's sad how far from corporate behavior this place is. Shocked daily at the amount of immaturity and inappropriate behavior these people have. The culture here is cranky. No one actually trains you - if you ask a question, you will be pointed to at least 2 other people to answer the question. My mental health has deteriorated and my will to live has seen better days. I've been told from people who have worked here over ten years, that it was not always like this. No one has a healthy fear of being fired.
