      Fexibility and support, while fast pace my manager take time to support me and career goals.

      Cons

      The company is well positioned for growth, the only thing I would add is possibly reviewing seating layout. Otherwise great start to an amazing career opportunity.

      Nice coworkers and middle management. Work from home, and pretty easy to get hired

      Cons

      No advancement, pay is low. Be ready for overtime on short notice. Questionable upper management
