Pros

Possibility for mobility within company. Dogs are allowed in office.

Cons

As a Logistics Coordinator as Stratim I experienced a Total disregard for my time. To highlight this issue something as simple as shift beginning and end times were constantly ignored. I was repeatedly assigned shifts from 4:00 pm to Midnight, to have them expect me to stay on shift for hours (often till 4:00am) after the schedule noted. Complete lack of required break and meal times provided during 8+ hour shifts. It seems the company chooses to offer catered meals as a way of getting employees to work through lunch and dinner breaks. Also was requested to use my personal property (cell phone, laptop, hotspot) for business purposes without reimbursement. Lastly I am certain that $20 and hour is not a competitive working rate in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pros

Flexibility of choosing what days you want to work. No work on Sundays. Team members are generally pretty cool to work with.

Cons

Where do I start? Like all start ups, everything starts out well. A year into the company “re-branding” themselves they start to cut down on expenses. Unfortunately, the cut comes at a huge cost for the agents working hard to impress the clients. Pay keeps getting cut, we are forced to show up to work often times knowing we’d make no money that day, tasks are spread EXTREMELY thin with tons of agents working at the same time..causing agents to have to practically fight to make a few dollars. High turnover. Agents quickly realize the waste of time it is to have to sometimes commute and fight traffic only to find out that more often times than not there will only be an opportunity to make $20-30 working a 4 hr shift. Way too many “don’t do this” or “don’t do that.” Constantly feel like we are walking on eggshells. Absolutely no room for growth.
