Well... Twenty more words I do not feel like expressing on here. What I could say, I won't. I have nothing to say about this particular company that they cannot say for themselves.

Willing to give you a chance to learn and grow. Willing to give you a chance to make mistakes and learn from them. Quickly gives you responsibilities.

Management only knows how to micromanage. Will constantly ask for overtime - overworked. Management will make decisions based on impulse without knowing the full situation. Unrealistic timelines for projects. Management will lie a lot.
