      Pros

      Good pay, better people (for the most part).

      Cons

      Michael Dha compensates his current employees to write reviews and tells them what to say which is why I am writing an honest one. He is very demanding, difficult to work with and his mood can change with the flip of a coin. He is volatile and I do not recommend working here. I have heard several other allegations however, innocent until proven guilty.

      Decent pay, they give you food for the most parts.Most of the workers are nice

      Cons

      They will treat you like a child. If there is a problem instead of talking to you about it, they just ignore you. There is a lot of favoritism, so for example, if you're a new bartender, you will never get shifts, they will just keep scheduling you for serving because they have only their specific people that they do. It's all about favoritism. I thought it was a respected, respectful company towards the employee's, but the way i've been ignored this week.That is a whole different level of disrespect.So no, if you want to be disrespected, go ahead and work for them
