Pros

Family oriented, flexible, 75% health ins. Paid, Christmas bonuses, immediately get 72 hour of vacation time, almost every other Friday off when you work 9 hour shifts, health insurance after 90 days.

Cons

I have nothing negative to say. They were fantastic to work for. The only reason I left was because I had a baby.

Pros

One thing that I loved about this company is that you had different options for schedules. I personally chose to work 4 x10 hour days (M-Th) from 7am - 5;30. It allowed me to have more time off. What you wear to work is a plus. You can come in with comfortable (appropriate) clothes like sweatpants, leggings, jeans, t shirts, hoodies, and tennis shoes. STROCO is growing and was bought by a corporate company called Novaria. From what I hear from company meetings we were hitting numbers really well. We received an extra surprise bonus at the end of the year for hitting our monthly company goals. General Manager is stepping into departments and asking for feedback and shows that he is caring and listening to employee. There are some positives changes to this company however it is very stressful and uncertain MOST of the time within your department.

Cons

A lot of cons! Where do I start? Micromanaging Managers and very sneaky!! Low pay for big work load. When I first started I was given 42 hours of PTO......that is joke. Luckily now that has changed to ~72 hours. However, with similar roles and jobs this is still considered really low. There is no on boarding, orientation, or anything to let you who you are working for. They send you straight to your cubicle to train with someone. Process overviews are outdated and you essentially are left to figure out your job for yourself. They are not setting anyone up to succeed. There are people who have been there for many years and seem to not realize this. The atmosphere of the office is very "individual." You get one thing wrong and you will get an email quickly about it. Office is quiet (i prefer this!). Only (2) 15 minute breaks given throughout the day with 45 minute lunches. They are very strict with schedules and are watching like a hawk if you are even 1 minute late and not staying 1 minute over. It seems like there is no actual set in stone process to certain jobs and just winging it or making it up as you go. Your work will not be simple. I worked for only 1 year and I have seen about 8-9 people fired in my office area or asked to leave..even some of the higher ups in the company... I couldn't handle it anymore as other departments were short and continuously asked to put aside my work and help other departments with no compensation. I decided to get out of there. I found a better opportunity (for much more pay) and closer to home that offers work from home. WFH is essentially frowned upon at STROCO and will be turned down unless you give them an ultimatum. So much can be improved here. Things need to be made simple otherwise it will use burn out QUICKLY.
