      Pros

      My stay in here has been a great experience overall. It's not perfect - nothing is - but it is the best place I've ever worked at by far. Eager, brilliant people working on things they are interested at, a nice and creative environment, and the firm lead giving me enough freedom for me to be able to change things to the better without any corporate months-long arguments. I love moving fast, and STRV allows me to, and even wants me to do so. Also, STRV culture is... ideal. If/when I'm looking for my next job, I won't have to search for a better one; just for a similar one.

      Cons

      The salary is lower than what's in big corporates. People actively want to work here, and therefore the firm is less pressured to keep the salaries competitive - especially given the brilliancy of the people they hire. Obviously, bigger firms also have bigger budgets to operate with, so I understand partially.
