      Pros

      Capable of building relationships with failed and students.

      Cons

      Senior management is TERRIBLE! Employees' voices are not listened to in team meetings. You have to tiptoe around because senior management creates a toxic environment. You can't trust them, and your work is hugely undervalued. The CEO/Director degrades employees and is highly rude and disrespectful!

      Pros

      Some of the people who work there are nice. I feel like some of the workers aren't really that into working with kids.

      Cons

      If you're a sub, the hours are pretty awful. The kids? They're absolutely awful. I was stabbed, cursed at, backpacks thrown at me, and the parents believe their kids are angels. Management wasn't much help either.
