Pros
- Remote Job, 100% work from home, Company does not have a physical office in any country. Half of the force is in South Africa and Philippines.
- Lots of flexibility. Good second job, already is side gig for most of the folks who work here.
Cons
- Zero benefits, No healthcare, No holidays. Everyone is hired as a Independent Contractor except for C-Suite.
- No Growth, no Monetary raises or incentives. Poor compensation structure except for C-Suite.
- All Bark and no bite, they lie to onboard clients and then clients only regret later.
- Poor Track record, say less than 10 deals in 2 years. YUP - Client aint know about this.
- This is a small cap/ bottom tier advisory firm not a mid market investment bank as advertised.
