      Pros

      Good salary, technicians are willing to help support fellow techs.

      Cons

      Management will not ask, they will demand. Dispatch is the worst I ever seen. They do not know the business and will have techs over lap each other in different areas.

      The people, family oriented. Put employees first with every decision made.

      Not really a con but the drive sometimes as a tech.

      No pros that I can think of.

      Cons

      Low pay, horrible training, high expectations in a short amount of time. Only work here if you absolutely have to.
