Pros
1) You will get on Paper's for 5 day's Working , But on real life , as we are growibng company you have to work on saturday too. 2) Company has no harasement policy . ( but if you raised any concern , you will get fired ) 3) We Need Automation , but it shoukld not cost a penny more
Cons
1) Office Hours is 9 to 7 & has it is Work from Home currently you have to be always be online on Group Zoom Call . 2) You have to Inform your imediate manager about your Susu Break & All other break (all include it should not excide more than 1 hour ) 3) You can't go to HR for Anything or you will get fired ( because HR is aachar ) 4) They manuplated the sale & Business no. while creating sale invoice for the internal stock transfer . if you ask any Question , u will get fired .
